How do I set up an account?

You will be prompted to create your own unique username and password to log in and place future orders once you have finished shopping and have decided to check out. Or you can fill out the online form and submit your information. An Encon rep will contact you to verify the information and give you the login information.

Which manufacturers does Encon offer?

Encon offers all major brands including Hewlett-Packard, Sony, Epson, Xerox, Zebra, Brother, Lexmark and many more.

Does Encon sell toner and ink?

Absolutely! In fact, Encon specializes in toner and ink while selling every make and model of toner supplies for all major brands in addition to selling OEM.

Am I in the Delivery Area?

Yes! Encon delivers both locally in the DFW Metroplex and for the entire nation. So whether you are located in DFW or anywhere in the US, you are in our delivery area! What forms of payment do you accept?

Encon accepts all major credit cards or you can open a new account with us to establish an open line of credit. Please contact a customer service rep at 972.226.3400 to open an account today.

What if I forget my password?

I already have an account, how do I get a free printer cleaning?

If you’re already an Encon customer and are located in the DFW Metroplex then contact your sales rep and inquire about our free printer cleaning service.
